Passprt V11.01 Availability Update

Availability for Valero, Marathon, and Sunoco has changed slightly from the prior Distributor Update.

Passport v11.01 Upgrade Kit and New Passport system availability by Brand (Revised):

Note: For systems shipping in May, the v11.01 media will be dropped in the box.  During the first week in June manufacturing will transition to preinstalled images for incoming orders.  Sunoco is currently on hold with a target availability of early June.

Reminder:

• New Passport Flash Drive for upgrading v11.01 sites (S704-40004FD)
• Customers upgrading from v8.0x will also need the EDH Windows 7 OS License Update (M09747K002xx).
• Networks are requiring up to 48 hours prior to upgrade to create the EMV PDL profile for the site.  Typically, this will be initiated by the retailer; however, Gilbarco Distributors and ASCs should be diligent in communicating this to each retailer.  This will prevent delays in EMV activation on the day of install.
