Distributor Sales of 1st Year PSO Premium ADDER

On the December Passport Webcast, you requested that Gilbarco allows Distributors to sell the ADDER for PREMIUM PSO to BP sites at the same time that you are selling them ancillary items and dispensers for sites under the BP program.

Responding to your request, Gilbarco developed a process to accept Distributor orders for PSO PREMIUM ADDER and accurately apply that PREMIUM service to Passports purchased under the BP program.  Orders will be taken for the 1^st YEAR PREMIUM only (site renews PREMIUM directly with Gilbarco in subsequent years).

Please note the following regarding placing your orders:

• This 1^st YEAR PSO PREMIUM ADDER applies only to purchase of full Passport systems under the BP Site Technology program.Gilbarco will not accept orders for PSO PREMIUM ADDER for sites with that the only.
• Distributor order for PREMIUM ADDER for a given Passport must within 60 days of the date Gilbarco notifies Distributor that retailer has placed an on the BP program portal.
• The distributor must enter the order for the PSO PREMIUM ADDER using Part Number PASPT PSO.  This selection is not available on WOW.  The distributor will either enter the requirement in the Comments section or email a paper P.O. to their CSR.
• Standard Distributor Net pricing on the 1^st YEAR PSO PREMIUM ADDER will apply (currently: COMBO $439.28 each, CLIENT $621.68 each)
• The distributor must submit on the P.O. the Passport serial number which will add the PSO PREMIUM.  Distributors may need to wait until the BP Passport system ships to get the system’s serial number to submit for the PREMIUM upgrade.
• Please be aware that if the BP Passport before Gilbarco’s invoicing the order for the PSO PREMIUM ADDER. The customer may have only the standard 1^st year PLUS coverage until the Distributor’s PREMIUM ADDER order is invoiced and processed to the Passport.
