Secure Zone Router Release Update

Gilbarco has received full approval to production release the Secure Zone Router for the ExxonMobil, Chevron, First Data Generic (non-Sunoco, non-Valero), and WorldPay networks. The Secure Zone Router is Gilbarco’s networking solution for high-speed connectivity that connects all the Passport and Gilbarco Veeder-Root IP-enabled devices at a site. It enhances the security, standardizes, and simplifies the Gilbarco zone network; and increases support services while lowering total cost of ownership.

New imaged full Passport system orders on these networks will now start receiving the Secure Zone Router (PA04240000) in their bundle instead of the Cisco RV042 (Q13708-08B). Please note the Secure Zone Router solution does require Netgear managed switches which are sold separately.
