Ingenico iSC250 PIN Pad Supply Status
NEW iSC250 PIN Pad
Gilbarco is experiencing supply issues providing the NEW Ingenico iSC250 PIN Pad. We announced in the last Passport Distributor Webcast that we had found a resolution; however, that Ingenico solution did not pass Gilbarco’s validation tests. It is likely to be at least 6 weeks before Gilbarco will be in position to fill NEW iSC250 orders.
During this time, Gilbarco asks that Distributors quote only MX915 or Ingenico iPP320, as Gilbarco will not be supplying NEW iSC250 PIN Pads until this is resolved.
Gilbarco has confirmed with Ingenico that once Gilbarco receives NEW iSC250 stock and begins filling orders, those iSC250s going forward will operate ONLY with Passport version 11.01 and above.
Where your customer’s site is running a version below v11.01 your option will be
either to
- Upgrade the site’s Passport to the most current version (v11.01 or higher as relevant for the site’s brand) and install the iSC250
- Note that upgrading some sites may require additional hardware change, since v11.04 and above only supports Px60 (Px52 will need to upgrade to Px60 if site upgrades to v11.04 and above)
or
- Install an Ingenico iPP320 or Verifone MX915
We will communicate any additional updates on the October 21 Passport Distributor Webcast
The information above depends on Ingenico providing a version of the iSC250 that successfully passes our “validation” testing.

REMAN iSC250 PIN Pad
We acknowledge that deliveries of REMAN iSC250 PIN Pads has also been delayed. These REMAN iSC250 PIN Pads are not affected by the same situation we have experienced with NEW iSC250. The delays resulted in slow return of REMAN iSC250 PIN Pads from Ingenico. We are starting to see those deliveries resume and are filling REMAN orders now. As we work down a significant orders-backlog over the coming weeks, you should begin to see your REMAN orders filled.
