Please continue to send board repair core backlog requests to Janice Smith, janice.smith@gilbarco.com . Janice is continuing to provide these backlogs ahead of billing dates.
Replacement part functionality has been restored on Sana! When ordering parts, an alternate part will show underneath the original part if an alternate exists. If an alternate does not exist, an error message will be displayed. Please reach out to spareparts.amo@gilbarco.com for any questions or comments.
