Removal of Spare/Single Line Unit Orders for EDH2s
As part of our continuing effort to improve ordering and shipping processes for EDH2s we are planning to remove the ability to order Single Line Units (SLU) or spare ordering for EDH2s. This change will take effect on May 24th, 2021. Currently, if a Windows 10 U Kit is not added to an SLU order, the EDH2 will not be able to be activated since a RAC code will not be shipped with it. Instead, all EDH2s should be ordered through the “Configured Products” process. This ensures a U kit with a RAC code will always be included when a standalone EDH2 is ordered.
Once in the “Configured Products” area, select the “Enhanced Dispenser Hub 2 (EDH2)” as pictured below. Once there you can select the specific EDH2 versions, enter promo codes, and specify quantity. This will ensure that RAC codes are included with all standalone EDH2 orders.
