UPDATE – Changes to the Buyback Program for SPOT M3 Displays and Keypads in Canada
Dear Distributor Partner,
Gilbarco Veeder-Root is modifying the buyback program for SPOT M3 Display and Keypad units in Canada. We have experienced an overwhelming response and are genuinely grateful for your support.
After a thorough evaluation of our program, starting on August 1, 2023, we reduced the buyback price for the cores. We will accept components in good condition and reserve the right to reject units that do not meet our specifications.
We encourage all customers to transition to the Encore 700 S Dispenser with FlexPay IV and FlexPay IV Retrofit Kit solutions for payment upgrade needs. Please contact your Gilbarco Veeder-Root representative to learn more about upgrading.

Gilbarco will continue to offer the SPOT M3 Display and is adding Keypads through our remanufactured Exchange Process. For orders, reference PL-8019Z for remanufactured part number identification. Due to part availability, we have modified our Core Policy for these items. Some components may periodically take longer to fulfill than usual. Please note that this program is subject to change or expire.
Please email Janice Smith (janice.smith@gilbarco.com) with the quantity and part numbers you wish to sell. She will validate the quantity we will buy and issue an RMA.
