Changes to the Exchange Program for SPOT M13118BXXX Keypads

Gilbarco announces a change to the refurbished exchange program for SPOT Keypads (M13118K007R and M13118K008R) units in Canada, effective October 6, 2023. We are including bracket kits with the parts, please see below for new pricing.
Refurbished SPOT Keypads (Exchange)
Gilbarco will accept M13118B001 or M13118B002 cores accompanied by a Purchase Order and the attached “Exchange Refurbish Program SPOT Keypad Order Form” identifying the appropriate refurbished part number and quantity below. When the refurbishing process is complete, Gilbarco will ship your order and invoice based on the number of rebuildable cores received. Refurbished units are fully tested to meet specifications. Notes
- Lead times for this program may be extended, due to the difficulty in remanufacturing this product and safely harvesting the appropriate components. Gilbarco is working to reduce the turnaround time.
- Due to availability of parts Gilbarco is accepting both PCI1 and PCI2 keypads for Exchange.

- When returning keypads, do not return cables or brackets. Gilbarco will not be responsible for keypads shipped with brackets or cables.
