Insite360 Forecourt AWS IoT Migration Announcement – Action Required

Overview & Action Required

All customers receiving this communication have dispensers that are connected to the Insite360
Forecourt remote management network and must complete the following migration process to AWS IoT
network. The current legacy Insite360 AWS network is migrating to an AWS IoT (Amazon Web Service
Internet of Things) solution. The current network, referred to as Legacy Site Gateway, will be
discontinued November 2024.

The AWS IoT infrastructure enhances and improves the customer experience through:

• Increased network reliability
• Scalable services according to customers’ needs
• Newer, additional security mechanisms for cloud services
• Better and easier integration of products and services

Customers will be required to migrate to the new AWS IoT network starting February 1, 2024 and will
need to complete the migration process by November 1, 2024.
