Discontinuation of Encrypted Pin Pads and replacement options

Dear Distributor Partner,

We are writing to inform you that the M08228K003 and M08228B005, EPP 1.3 keypad, used on Monochrome CRIND and Generic color platforms pre-FP2 pin pads have reached their end of life.  Despite our best efforts to secure available raw materials, we have exhausted all resources for the following parts:

• M08228K003 Encrypted Pin Pad
• M08228B005 Encrypted Pin Pad

Alternate options:

• Upgrading to FlexPay® 6 CRIND with a new Encore E700 S Dispenser or payment retrofit kit.
  • Payment retrofit kits are available for Encore 300, Encore 500, Encore 500 S, and Encore 700 S models.

Notes:

• Effective immediately, these products are no longer in production, and we cannot procure additional stock.
