Flexpay IV CRIND Selection In Web Order Wizard (WOW)
With the recent launch of the new FlexPay IV CRIND, we have made some updates to the Web Order Wizard (WOW) to help ensure your customers get the latest technology when ordering Encore 700 S dispensers and FlexPay Retrofit Kits.

When ordering, there will be an additional section for selecting the CRIND option, FlexPay II or FlexPay IV. The FlexPay IV CRIND is the recommended option to ensure your customers are getting the most secure and up-to-date technology for their sites.

You will also see some updates to the Point of Sale section. For customers with a Passport POS, ensure they are running Passport software Version 10 Service Pack P or above prior to installation of dispensers with FlexPay IV.
