Phillips 66 Mobile Program Rollout
In January, Phillips 66 kicked off their program to implement Mobile Payment at their Conoco, Phillips 66 and 76 branded retailer sites. They are asking sites to prepare now to accept Mobile Payment.
To prepare for Mobile/Loyalty, the Phillips 66 Retailer must upgrade to Passport v11.01 with Service Pack G and a 2D scanner. Once completed, the Retailer will advise Phillips 66, and Phillips 66 will notify Gilbarco to activate the Mobile/Loyalty Suite at the site and configure the Mobile functionality.
Please note that as part of their program, Phillips 66 will be sending their sites with active PSO the v11.01 G upgrade (where needed) and activating the Loyalty/Mobile Suite for Passport. If a Phillips 66 retailer approaches you with a request to quote regarding a v11.01G upgrade or the Mobile/Loyalty Suite, please refer the retailer to their Phillips 66 Account Representative or the Phillips’ Customer Assistance Team at 1-800-450-2266.
Please note that there are no changes to the POS Branded Program when you are ordering a new Passport system for a Phillips 66 site. Please order as usual, providing the appropriate PROMO CODE for Phillips 66 (reference SP-4015D). The Passport will include 1-Core Suite of Modules at no additional charge. Once the site has their Passport installed with v11.01G and their 2D scanner (supplied through Phillips 66 or you), the site will call Phillips’ Customer Assistance Team requesting activation of their Mobile Payment program.
