Cleaning the Encore Pump & Dispenser Product Line

Recently we have had inquiries from customers regarding care and cleaning of the external surfaces of the Encore pump and dispenser product line.  We would like to remind everyone that a detailed list of approved products and procedures for this is in the Encore and Eclipse Series Owner’s Manual; MDE-3893S can be found on GOLD (Gilbarco Online Documentation).

In addition to details regarding cleaning procedures and cleaners, there is also other valuable information for the owner in this document.  Printers and printer paper, light preventative maintenance, and safety procedures are also included there.  This document ships with every Encore dispenser.  Make sure your technicians are providing this information to the Owner/ Station Manager at or prior to Commissioning.
