To remain in compliance with the approved HPS Network EMV configuration and avoid fraud liability chargebacks, sites should upgrade to the Verifone MX915 PIN Pad. Contact your brand for additional details.

Secure Zone Router / Managed Network Service Provider ***
Beginning with Passport V12, the RV042 Passport router (Q13708-08b) is no longer supported. Sites should use the Secure Zone Router (SZR) powered by Acumera, or a Managed Network Service Provider (MNSP) certified by Gilbarco. Sites should contact their brand for a list of brand-approved service providers.
Passport V20 (Windows 10) Supplementary Information
Availability of Previous Software Versions for Networks Released on V20
PCI standards require us to only make available the latest software versions that are PCI compliant. For the networks released with v20, that is the latest PCI compliant software and thus is the only one available for those networks.
