Improvements to Windows 10 Kit Sales Confirmations and Packing Slips
As part of our continuing effort to improve ordering and shipping processes for Windows 10 Kits we are pleased to announce that starting February 9, 2021 all new volume orders of Windows 10 kits will have improved visibility on sales confirmations, packing slips, invoices, and shipment notifications. The update will allow sales confirmations, packing slips, invoices, and shipment notifications to show the actual Windows 10 Kit part numbers instead of the current pricing part numbers. This will also help reduce lead times going forward and reduce packaging. There will be no changes in the configurator as to how the kits are ordered.
Sales confirmation, packing slip, invoices, and shipment notifications changes will be visible when ordering Windows 10 Licenses and Hardware through the following process:
