What is happening?
- We are moving the Customer Care issues into a new system, called Salesforce Customer Care. Please bookmark the URL for future reference.
- Eventually, we will retire the Customer Issues page in the Extranet. The retirement date of that page will be announced later.
When is it happening?
- Effective Monday, August 16th
What do I need to do?
- Watch your inbox beginning Monday, August 16th for an email to create your account in the Salesforce Customer Care system. You need to complete the account creation step within 24 hours of receiving the email, else the link will expire.
- Once your account is created, you may begin using the new Customer Care system to log and track issues with received GVR orders.
What if I need help?
- If you have not received the Salesforce account creation email by Friday, August 20th: please email CustomerCare@gilbarco.com to request an account. Please provide:
- First and last name
- Company
- Email address
- Phone number
- GVR Customer ID
