Passport® Point-of-Sale System New Feature: Express Ordering™ Kiosk Now Accepts Payment

Passport POS Express Ordering Foodservice Solution now offers greater convenience for consumers and gives time back to c-store owners. Consumers can now order fresh-made food and pay for it using cash, credit, debit, and EBT at an Express Ordering kiosk. This means cashiers no longer need to collect payment in a separate transaction at a cashier workstation, and consumers will have a speedier experience.

To take advantage of this feature, retailers need Passport version 21.03 and MP 22 or later. Existing Express Ordering customers will need to upgrade software, and depending on the age of their hardware, they may need to upgrade the kiosk and Order Fulfillment Server. A PIN pad and mounting arm on the ordering kiosk will complete the set-up. For detailed information about requirements for new and existing customers, please read the Express Ordering FAQ.

Limited Time Offer

A limited-time promotion is available for existing Express Ordering customers to help them make necessary upgrades. Xpedient is offering a software discount of up to 25%, and Gilbarco is offering the Foodservice Suite for free.

All MOCs have approved software version 21.03 except for Exxon. This feature will be available to Exxon with the release of version 22.01 which is expected in June.
