Change to Passport Documentation Included with Shipments

Dear Distributor Partner:

Invenco by GVR is committed to optimizing operations and minimizing waste. Following feedback from our Authorized Service Contractor network, it has become clear that including Network Addendums and Documentation Kits with shipments is not efficient. Given the unpredictability of which software version will be installed at a site and the impact on stocking orders, we are making a change.

As of April 30, 2024, Network Addendums and Documentation Kits are no longer included with each Passport sold. Instead, installation technicians will continue their standard process of downloading needed information from GOLD and providing relevant documentation to the retailer.
