How will you place the order?
Sales portal will use the serial number to determine which printer is selected and whether a printer is required. There will be an option to “deselect” the printer.
When are you required to order a new printer?
Non ECIM Encore S Full Door (built 2004 to 2007)*
Printer on door configuration (ECIMs built after May 2021)
“Non-CRIND” dispensers*
*unless they have had a FlexPay II or FlexPay IV upgrade
