Discontinuation of GSOM parts for FlexPay IV payment systems and replacement options

Dear Distributor Partner,

We are writing to inform you that the GSOM product for FlexPay IV installations has reached its end of life.  Despite our best efforts to secure available raw materials, we have exhausted all resources for the following parts:

• M14059A001, Control Board PCA GSOM Assembly for use in Encore Dispensers
• M14059K001 Kit, Encore FlexPay IV GSOM Applause Upgrade Kit

Alternate options:

• Upgrading to FlexPay 6 is the recommended action.

• FlexPay IV customers who wish to add media should buy the M16183K001 FlexPay IV Omnia Upgrade Kit.

Notes:

• Effective immediately, these products have reached the end of life and end of spares as we cannot procure additional stock.
