Important Information:
- Retailers upgrading from v8.0x to v11.01 will also need the EDH Windows 7 OS License Update (M09747K002xx).
- Notify networks 48 hours before the v11.01 upgrade (from v8 or v10) to allow adequate time for the creation of a site-specific EMV PDL profile. Typically, this PDL profile request is initiated by the Retailer; however, Gilbarco Distributors and ASCs should be diligent in communicating this to each retailer to prevent delays in EMV activation on the day of install.
- Passport v11.02 (to include outside EMV support) may have a late 2017 release. HPS-D or FDC sites running v8 or v10 software may elect to wait for the availability of v11.02 before performing a major software upgrade.
