BP Site Technology Program Update

Order incoming continues strong for Passport on the BP POS ordering portal. Each site specifies its “Preferred Gilbarco Distributor” in its purchase order. As soon as BP approves the order, Gilbarco Veeder-Root notifies the distributor of the site, order, and contact details. Those email notifications are sent to the individual in your organization who receives your Gilbarco lead notifications. Distributors are encouraged to contact the sites to sell dispensers under the BP QUICKNEZ program as well as items needed for the Passport installation.

Additionally, Gilbarco processed the first “Fulfillment Services Credits” to distributor accounts in March for BP orders shipped through February. Gilbarco automatically processes the ship-in credits quarterly whenever a Passport ships to a distributor that has signed the BP Fulfillment Distributor Addendum for participation in the BP Site Technology Program. Explanation of those credits is outlined in that addendum. Please inform your Accounting department about these credits so that they are aware.
